Step 1 of 3

Richard Berkley, Executive Director of the Public Utility Law Project (PULP) of New York, will present a training on utility consumers' rights on January 19, 2017 in Potsdam.  The training is intended for anyone who works with consumers facing disconnect notices, late bills, or other issues that may negatively impact their ability to get or maintain electric, gas, telephone, and other utility services.  Those working for nonprofits, community based organizations, churches, schools, constituent relations staff of elected officials, and civil services attorneys are particularly encouraged to attend.  The training is free and open to the public.  However, you must register in order to reserve your spot.  Please contact povertyconversation@gmail.com with any questions.
